Marketing Manager (Part-time)
nonclassical is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our small, dynamic team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE / 16 hours per week). Working closely with the Executive Director and wider team, this role will lead marketing strategy across nonclassical’s events, releases, artist development and fundraising activity, helping to grow audiences for innovative contemporary music and strengthen our brand through digital strategy, content, partnerships and selective paid media.
Founded in 2004, nonclassical is a charity and record label presenting new classical, experimental and electronic music in inventive ways to reach diverse audiences. We’re looking for a motivated marketing professional with strong digital skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a passion for audience development. We particularly encourage applications from people currently underrepresented in the arts.
Hours: 0.4 FTE (16 hours / 2 days per week)
Location: Hybrid (London or nearby + Bethnal Green office)
