Back in January this year (2019), we held our annual Battle of the Bands night, a contest showcasing the best new talent on the new music scene. Judged by former Executive Director Eleanor Ward, conductor Jessica Cottis and composer Dominic Murcott, the night featured everything from scratch performances of Cornelius Cardew to mesmerising experimental works, all performed in front of a packed out audience.
