The Street Orchestra of London, a pop-up orchestra we created last year, is back in town on 9-16 April 2017! The 40-piece symphonic orchestra takes music of all styles to London's streets, community spaces, prisons, hospices and beyond, and all free of charge.

Applications are now open for our infamous Battle of the Bands, which presents the cutting edge of what is happening now in the classical world on 11 January 2017.
We are a small team with a big vision, and would love your help in your bringing new music to as wide an audience as possible. Joining the team as a volunteer will give you valuable experience in arts management and you'll get to see our gigs for free.

A very big THANK YOU to everyone who came down to Ambika P3 on Friday night for our packed 'Rise of the Machines' event with Southbank Sinfonia. Exploring the mechanical influence on music, the night featured live-techno prepared piano from Klavikon, orchestrations of Aphex Twin and the UK premiere of Gabriel Prokofiev's 'Concerto for Trumpet, Percussion, Turntables & Orchestra', along with Shostakovich, Mosolov and Larry Goves. And The Times gave us a 4* review!
