London College of Music Soloists

Guest promoters will include:

clapTON Ensemble

clapTON ensemble is committed to performing challenging repertoire by some of the most unique compositional voices of today. Founded by an Estonian and a Colombian, both living in Clapton, East London, we aim to showcase exciting new music that for some reason has rarely or never been performed in the UK.

In addition to performing the works of well established composers, they endeavour to nurture unique emerging talent, providing a platform by specifically focusing on giving second performances of young exciting composers' works, as opposed to premieres, which are far more common but less crucial in granting the works continued exposure and preventing them from lapsing into obscurity.

Filthy Lucre

Filthy Lucre is an immersive music night that starts on the stage and ends on the dance floor. They create immersive musical experiences with programmes built around artistic concepts. The musical content of our evenings isn’t determined by arbitrary genre constraints but by the ideas they express. Rather than being bonded by style or instrumentation, all of their nights have had at their core a striking musical image. Each night moves from a concert to a gig to club night over the course of the evening whilst exploring themes from cults to sixties minimalism to filth-funk.
